Xbox is getting another big price hike next week. Unless Sony follows suit with yet another price hike, GTA6's system selling effect may heavily favor the PS5 if it's available in large enough volumes. It's a question of availability. If Sony doesn't ship enough PS5's to meet demand then Xbox might see a massive YOY increase in Q4 despite the crazy high prices.
I don't really think GTA6 will have a huge long term impact considering the hardwares' age and awful price trajectory. But still... it's GTA6... and nothing like it ever released, so the unknown factor is pretty big here.
