Don't get me wrong, there were other games I thought were excellent like Pragmata, but in terms of actual GOTY candidates it's an easy win for Requiem for me, so far.

Looking ahead I have my eyes on Onimusha, 007 First Light, and Orbitals, but it will be tricky to top Resident Evil tbh.

OoT Remake?

I do expect to love it given the 1998 original is one of my favourite games of all time, but I usually don't count remakes as new games.

Depends, if the gameplay has been significantly changed then I may count it.
