The problem with the testosterone replacement therapy and otc legal roids is that they are very difficult for the liver to process, making their use something that will wreck the soldiers health after 3-4 years of straight use. So, the army is definitely favoring new recruits instead of career soldiers with this move. That’s a real shame for the sergeants and officers that see the military as a career, only to be hit with the difficult choices this brings.

Testosterone abuse can also cause male sterility. Especially with the way they’re constantly whining about the plummeting of the (white) birth rate, this seems counterproductive.
