Yeah I'm not convinced it is "fearmongering" to be worried about enshittification when we're already seeing it spread like the plague across most digital platforms, and in light of Sony's own moves recently like revoking digital movies and locking purchases behind a subscription on crunchyroll, as well as their public comments about wanting to further monetize their base.
