I think that figure is wrong. 136 billion yen maybe.  From what i saw theyre making around 2 to 3 billion us dollars net profit. But i think theyve been writing off bungie as a loss per year.  

It's US dollars, and it's total revenue, not net profit; in spite of some of their missteps this gen, Sony are not at all hurting for cash so this move to kill discs is not something they're being squeezed into doing.
