A Switch 1 based TV only model would be awesome, if they would overclock the hell out of it. A Switch 1 swansong.
Instead we'll get a half assed Nintendo product nobody will want, most likely. Nintendo as a corporation isn't exactly inspiring anymore.

A great way to end the Switch's life would be a TV only model with faster ram and OC'd specs in a box. $150 USD.
