I'd go with Punch Out. It's one of those IPs that I wish was a staple across all Nintendo home consoles just like Mario and Zelda. Every one of the home versions (NES, SNES, Wii) has been excellent and while the two arcade entries were good as well, the gameplay just doesn't connect the way the home versions do. I was really disappointed that the franchise didn't appear on the Switch but Nintendo can make it up to me with a Switch 2 game and I'll forgive them.
