I really don't think that ToS2 dropped due to supply issues; RPGs are very front-loaded games and this one wasn't too loaded to begin with.

In no way disappointing sales and will no doubt make serious profit along with US+EU numbers but to see this game struggle hitting 250k on a 5m+ userbase is nothing sort of disheartening.


But then again...you're saying I'm "speculating." Aren't you doing the same thing? You said it might not be due to supply issues when there is low supply. You're basically doing the same thing I'm doing.

OK, you didn't actually SAY it, but you meant it :P You were basically taking the context of DMJ's post and putting it in your own words...

 

OK, I'm not saying your reasoning is wrong, quite the opposite actually, it's just that the game's sales fit perfectly the norm of most RPG games, at least in Japan. I really hope you're right and the game stays at least at the same level next week although I doubt it.
