I think one of the reason for lets indeed call them "the suits" they did not expect the backlash to be this big is because in their eyes their DATA says 85%+- buya digital, when now we all know that number included:
DLC
AD ONS
FREE GAME DOWNLOADS
DIGITAL ONLY GAMES
I would not be surprised if the actuall physical to digital ratio is 30+% thats a LOT of physical games.
