Most underrated Final Fantasy game?

I’ve played every Final Fantasy game, and I can say that FFXVI not only doesn't feel like one, but the combat is mediocre, the only good things were the story and the epic Eikon battles. I actually did enjoy the side missions, by the way, since they gave you a lot of context about the world.
