What will be the PS5 price by the end of January 2028?

Sony has so far been behind Microsoft in the price increases. The most recent PS5 increase matched the current Xbox Series X price - $600 for digital and $650 for disc drive. At least in the US. From what I saw the PS5 became more expensive in Europe than the Xbox Series X.

From Xbox - "Unfortunately, console storage and memory prices have increased by more than 2.5x and we expect another doubling by the fall of 2027."

Even Apple just announced they are increasing prices. 

If prices keep going up for storage and memory I can see Sony increasing prices yet again either late this year or early next year. But we shall see. Good thing for Sony is they have a good install base for PS5.
