Honestly, depending on how far back they want to go in Graphic Card/CPU support... the testing/optomizing for something like this accross componet combos has be daunting to say the least.  Not to mention they way want to take time to add additional graphical support.  Also, GTA 6 online adds yet another wrinkle because they probably want to get that up and running so the whole package comes on PC at the same time (after launching and stabalizing on console).  Also, at that point they will essentially have the next gen version (whatever PC's ultra setting are) so when the decide to launch that is up in the aire too. 

So much bullshit surrounding this game already. $80, code in a box, story content locked behind the ultimate edition ($100), online may not be added for a year or more, PC version may not be released until 2028 at the earliest.

I just don't know what to expect.
