From what little was seen in the trailer Link having the Triforce embedded in his hand as a child does at least point towards a few major changes of the story. I do not think we are looking at a 1:1 remake. My guess is more akin to the RE remakes. Keep general feel and scoop but update environments and gameplay.
If this is another reskin with few quality of life updates to the game similar to the 3DS version I don't think it would be presented in any higher regard than the HD remakes of Wind Waker, Twilight Princess or Skyward Sword. As it is it seems to be Nintendo's big holiday release.
