My expectations for lifetime sales are 12-15m. It's not going to do as well as a BOTW style Zelda game, but ocarina's reputation and the increased brand strength of Zelda should help it be the best selling traditional 3d Zelda.
And yes putting it, or basically any game up against GTA 6 is foolish. I think Minecraft 2 is basically the only game that could compete, and only at a lower price point at that.
