Many Asian women look like this; my ex used to get asked for ID at bottle shops all the time in her late 20s and even early 30s cos people confused her for a teenager.
A lot of features we tend to perceive as indicative of age can actually be racial or contextual, like short hair or facial fat. Given the game is targeting a global mainstream release, I very much doubt they would choose to make this character a child.
