More like if a PC game isn't on Steam its developer is in a position not unlike that of Wii U era Nintendo. Steam dominates the PC market and can easily make the rules. Or Gabe could at least shut up about how to fix piracy. You can't chop down the rainforest and then blather on about saving the rainforest. It doesn't work that way.
