Do You Replay Games In Preparation For New Releases?

Only if the game is both short and narrative focused and even then it's quite uncommon. I used do it decently often with TV shows by rewatching the latest season right before a new one starts airing but that's rarer now since it's better if spend that time on new stuff. For replaying games in general I rarely do that though do wanna replay some I played a long time ago as a kid at some point.
