Have you ever skipped systems from your preferred console maker, and if so which and why?

On consolee I always preferred Sony, Skipped PS3 because it was expensive and parents couldn't afford

On handhelds I played mostly on Nintendo and did new DSi > brand new 3DS XL > Switch > Switch 2. Never had a Game Boy Advance but I can't say I skipped it I was pretty young
