Fair, $50 a year and not $80.  I honestly don't know the details, with a PC I just emulate and save the money.  PC emulation is better anyway, IMO.  Majora and Banjo can be played at 120 fps, 4k with HD textures.  Ocarina is coming soon.  The Nintendo subscription, IMO, is grossly overpriced.  

Compared to Sony the Nintendo subscription is not overpriced let alone grossly overpriced.  For $35 a year (about $4.50 per person per year) myself and 7 other people can play online and get access to around 150 games.  For 80 a year you and 7 other people get access to 300 games and online play ($10 per person per year).  I get that is not a great value if you are just pirating games but then again nothing else would be.
