Probably Rikku from Final Fantasy X, but I'm not exactly sure why. I mean, she's great, I'm not sure what exactly caught my attention. Obvliously she's pretty, but even more obviously that can't be the only thing, so it's got to be something about her personality. I'm guessing positivity, the way she shows her weakness as well, and her being kind of different (in a certain way) might contribute to that. Might also have something to do with her liveliness. I don't know. I have no recipe for what I look for in women, and I've never had one. I like a lot of things, but it's the whole that's important.
On the other hand, I really dislike what they did to her in X-2. Of course it's not like they treated her any worse than Yuna - if anything, Yuna got utterly ruined. It's only fitting that they have Paine to go along them, who, for some reason, seems like the mature one of the three, despite Yuna's maturity in X.
Anyway, I think Rikku is probably the only celebrity/fictional person I think I could somewhat reasonably call a crush. There might've been some shorter interests in other people/characters as well but nothing I remember anymore, so they probably don't really count.
