i dont really sit in front of the tv anymore to game. I now prefer to use a handheld, be it the steam deck, switch, evercade, portal or g-cloud. I feel the smaller screen, but closer to my face, is a better experience than sitting on a couch 6-8ft away from a 55" tv. Maybe if i had an even bigger TV... like 85+ inches, then things could be different. As it is, i like the portability and ease of just taking the device with me to different areas instead of only being in one place.
