My mid-30s have been a real adjustment in terms of health. I dealt with a fairly serious back injury for a long time but after getting back into exercise and making several adjustments to support my back I realized the other day that it's been months since I had any sciatic pain. A big relief as I worried it would be permanent.

My weight has been another issue as I age. Each year it gets harder to keep the excess off. None of the old routines seemed to work any more and a few months ago I was the heaviest I've ever been. Thankfully I finally found an intermittent fasting rhythm that is really working. While it's still not easy the weight has been falling off quickly and I'm 30 pounds down in 3 months. My goal is to get down to fighting weight, fit my old wardrobe, and see my abs again for the first time in over a decade. That'll probably take another 50 pounds but before long I'll be half way there.

The biggest long term issue is my heart health. I got some labs done for the first time and my cholesterol and blood pressure are both pretty high. I've started medication for both and I'm looking to do more cardio. I HATE running but I got a stepper for the living room and I'm thinking about getting into cycling.
