Looks like this month's survey has increased more older, weaker, Russian computers. Older NVidia GPUs like the 1660 Super, 3050 and 4060 are way up, as is the Russian language on Steam, which now passes 10% and is by far the third-biggest language on Steam. I suspect most of the Russian language is due to cybercafés and the like, because I can't explain otherwise how they could reach anywhere near 10% of language share otherwise, which is about 4 times the German, Japanese or Korean language for instance.
Speaking of Korean, they also got a rather big push, almost doubling their numbers.
In other news the CPU market is virtually unchanged (0.01% gain for AMD), but what is more interesting is their composition, as 8, 12 and 16 core CPUs are all dropping, while hexacores, 10-core and 20-core CPUs are rising, especially the hexacores. On the GPU side of things NVidia makes a small gain in the GPU market, it's probably due to the above, and the RDNA3 cards also gain quite a bit (7800XT and 7600XT mostly). And still no 9060 XT or 9070 XT in sight...
