Good for you, it's essential to understand oneself, and it's hard to get the right help if the full picture isn't there. I've worked with boys with NPD since 2013, and roughly 60% of people on the autism spectrum have an overlapping diagnosis (or more), the most common by far is ADHD. Within the ADHD body, there are three main types; primarily overactive, primarily inattentive, and combined, combined makes up near 80% of all diagnosed cases of ADHD.

The most satisfying part of my job is connecting with these kids with the overlapping issues, they're not ones to waste time on people they don't click with, so building a bond with them is incredibly gratifying. In spite of their personal issues, and typical behaviors associated with their NPD, these relationships are usually much more free of bullshit, precisely because it's a very deliberate decision to choose you as a trusted person in the life.

We could all stand to learn more about ourselves, but also remember that people aren't just a collection of diagnosis or acronyms. Congrats on gaining even more insight into yourself, this is a type of awareness that most people won't have access to in their entire lifespan.
