Oh boy, imagine if it was Nintendo doing it, 24/7 chants of "Nintendo hate their fans" instead "oh hey guys, let's just wait, maybe it's just a bug teehee".

I don't get how a minor anti-piracy thing that nobody would ever notice is anti-consumer.  

Let me know when Sony locks music behind an amiibo, has limited release of digital games and refuses to drop software prices.
