Sony has become increasingly bad since the PS3 days. They've been very consistent about it, as far as I've seen, and this is just a continuation of all that. They used to have a lot of goodwill from me, but all of that is now long gone and only going more into the negative. What a trash company from a customer perspective. I really wish we get some proper competition at some point.
