I'm sure this is either fake or a bug
The reason is it is illegal until they gave updated their license agreement
Until they update their license agreement they can't enforce the 30 days check, well not legally at least
I just read the brazillian EULA and the list reasons they can use to remove your license is descritionary and non-exaustive. They can use a 30 days online as a check to see if you are violating the items they described, but their inability to make the check don't grant them power to revoke the license
