I really wish that whoever owns the rights to it just makes Metroid Prime Remaster type of thing with it (so just superb visual uplift), so that more people can experience how good that game (and especially its AI) is.

Yeah FEAR is fucking amazing, some of the most satisfying action of any FPS I've ever played and enemy AI that still beats 90% of shooters made today.
