Isn't the wording "focused" implies that will have a single player offline campaign mode of some sort, like Splatoon for example? Or am I tripping?

It's unknown what path this game is going down tbh given FS' recent games, all of their games with the exception of Sekiro have a significant online multiplayer element yet they still retain big single player that can be played offline as single player is treated as a way to build up your character yet is still good on its own.
