Ok, Trump saying that destroying the infrastructure of Iran won't be a war crime because they are "animals" is one of the most disgusting things this dude ever said.
Destroying the infrastructure will hit everyone and probably those who are against the regime even more because they will be the last to get help in Iran. So "not a war crime because they are animals" includes everyone.
