I think it works great, but then again, I’ve never used any controllers outside of Nintendo and PlayStation 1st party OEM. What questions do you have?
// Triggers are digital, not analogue. In some ways, this is a major upgrade over PS5 (less time between input and in-game response), in other ways it’s a step back (there’s not much more satisfying that, e.g., getting that subtle feedback of shooting a bow).
// Rumble tech is insane! They somehow manage to replicate audio from a speaker just from rumble alone.
// There’s a headphone jack.
// There aren’t any distracting lights on the controller.
// You’ve got a GL/GR button with custom mapping from the Quick Access Menu (hold down HOME button while playing any game).
// The D-Pad is about as…erm…not good as it was on NS1.
// Feels 10x more comfortable in the hands compared to the NS1 Pro.
I speak as somebody who wasn’t a fan of the NS1 Pro but has exclusively used the NS2 Pro so far.
