Actually... yes.

Even as cancer has been used too light as an expression for ages in the internet, it actually resemble the behavior of "mutiplying infinitely", even if its part of what will "die" as a result of it not being taken care of.

That is how I meant it yeah, not "this is cancer" (bad) but that it's literally the same mindset.

Both also inevitably lead to the same outcome; either the cancer is excised, or eventually it will destroy it's host.
