One thing I think everyone can agree on with this is that Nvidia definitely could've done a better job revealing it. I dunno what the hell they were thinking making that shot with Grace be the most prominent one. Faces is the aspect that's the most iffy so they really should've focused a lot more on stuff like environments instead of showing so many shots with faces being the main focus.

From what I've seen this video is the best showcase of the technology in its current form. Even though there's currently clear room for improvement there's still a big visual upgrade here, particularly at the shot 7 seconds in and the one with the lizard. Once the kinks are ironed out this is gonna do wonders for games aiming for realistic lighting. Big games are routinely gonna have what is basically a photorealistic lighting setting for a fraction of the computational cost of rendering that normally which is wild.
