It looks like a bad beauty filter on Grace. It's more than just lighting, her lips aren't the same size. They are bigger with DLSS5 turned on. In Star Field it looks incredibly jank because the gulf between the caliber of the faces and animations is vast. It reminds of the issue that appears in some remasters that use all new models but the original games animation. It makes it look off. As for Oblivion....eh I don't know what the hell is going on there.
