It seems it depends on the game.
Dragon Quest VII Reimagined sold more on Switch systems
Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties sold more on PS systems
But I’d say that multiplatform games sold more on the Switch since its install base is larger (at least for the NS1), especially for games that don’t depend heavily on performance. In general:
