IMO it’s hard to say whether it’ll receive Pokémon spin-off sales figures (e.g. Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, Pokémon Snap, etc.) or if it’ll go on to smash records, uniting both the Animal Crossing and Pokémon fandoms, two franchises which saw near-record launches for their most recent mainline entries.
That said: Call it bold, but I’m predicting 3-4 million. This game is a surefire smash hit in JP… so that’s at least one or two million right there. Add in a few million from US and EU, and you have a solid performance for Pokopia.
