It still might be a tall order though, anyone wanting Forza Horizon 6 in Japan will just wait for the PS5 sku or get it on PC. The PS5 version is confirmed for this year so it won't even be exclusive for the year. Furthermore, MS can't sell what they don't ship and they are likely not shipping many consoles at all this year let alone in Japan.
