It's more that sometimes when you just wanna talk about games, it can be annoying when some folks insist on shoving their opinions down others' throats or hating on stuff relentlessly rather than just letting people enjoy things.
This is why we have rules against trolling, to keep such behaviour from poisoning discussion.
