Given that GKC does not affect sales in any meaningful numbers, it would probably make sense for Nintendo to pivot towards GKC releases for all their games and slash the price of their games 1000-2000 yen in Japan and 10 dollars/euros or so in western markets. That would mean they both earn the same profit from every game sold using GKC with lower prices, and they sell more copies of every game because they are cheaper for consumers as well. If Pokopia sells great numbers with GKC, that would probably make Nintendo do a hard pivot to GKC very soon. Most consumers would be happy with Nintendo games costing less, but enthusiasts on gaming forums would be raging.
