Worth noting that I believe January 2018 was a five week month for tracking and January 2026 is a four week tracking period.

So 5v4 weeks and the complete death of Xbox covers most of the drop. PS5 if adjusted for the week difference would be actually stronger than PS4 2018, Nintendo would still be down a fair bit mainly because of 3DS vs NS1.

USA sales have still been weak recently though.
