(i) Isn’t this what everybody is always asking for? The ability to purchase Virtual Console titles outside of the NSO subscription service? I think it’s good Pokémon Co is offering these titles on the eShop. Could also be that these two games will be coming to NSO later this year/alongside the eShop releases. (ii) Hmm… complaining about pricing when it comes to video game products is something that has rubs me in a weird way. This is an inessential consumer good— not an essential product e.g. the rent to your home, food from the grocery store, etc. If $20USD is too much for you, then don’t buy. It’s not for you. Nobody is entitled to a free/inexpensive video game. |
Didn't you just post yesterday Mario Tennis shouldn't cost as much as it does and Nintendo shouldn't charge the same for AA as AAA? Yes games are a luxury, doesn't mean you can't say something is priced wrong or bad. Though my main complaint isn't the $20, it's that Nintendo offer a higher tier subscription for retro games which I pay for and suddenly they have decided the best GBA game won't be included and will cost extra.
No I'm not entitled to free video games, though I was under the assumption that my paid for subscription did entitle me to their GBA catalogue.
