Ah, so you have summoned me.
In short: No. SwitchForce (who does have a legitimately strong track record as of late) has suggested possibly a General Direct during the first week of March, but NateTheHate and other sources aren’t saying much anything.
My personal theory is that Nintendo is trying to schedule the presentation to fit as comfortably with the Mario Movie as possible— if they do have a big 2D/3D project to reveal, they will want to maximize the impact with this movie. And seeing that The Duskbloods recently had a release date of 3-27 revealed by an Australian retailer, I suspect we will have a Direct around the time of or before the Mario Movie.
With how few releases are known for after the Mario Movie (there will only be Tomodachi & Xenoblade X, both of which release shortly after the film’s debut), I think we should have a General presentation no later than the first or second week of April.
