They mention that Final Fantasy 7 Remake: 8.7 mil copies as of March 14th 2025:

Do we have any theories on what the Switch 2 and Xbox versions have sold. It could be a 10 mil seller because that 8.7 mil sales figure was from about a year ago.

Imagining Japan is 50% digital (generous), its done 60k in that market.

It quickly fell off UK retail charts so I think it probably did <30k. No word yet on US, but I think 300k in the most I'd estimate its S2 sales to be at by now. No idea with Xbox since it's digital only. Probably very low based off FF16 sales on the platform

So we are looking potentially at 9+ million now. Sqaure Enix release their offical report in May, so if it manages the magic 10 mil we will find out by May.

FF7 Rebirth releases in June (NSW2) a few days before Summer Games Fest where I imagine there will be a huge Square Enix blowout, so if the sales are good they will make some sort of announcement at the event before they reveal part 3.
