I suppose one thing I could see happen is that the mini-game itself is removed, but the off-screen sex is still in place. I imagine they'd edit the GoW3 one to be more similar to the others, though. 

The actual sexuality in the game is fine, to your point the mini game should go.  I thought it was silly 20 years ago and find it even more silly today.

Especially since the game is so stellar otherwise.
