But I'm fairly positive their only other game is Cory's game, indeed, but when that is released that team will move on to make Santa Monica's next new game as well, while helping with the remake, so likely only affecting their schedule heavily as the next game is in its concept phase and the remakes becoming a side project when that new game goes in full production. |
I feel like your point that it'll take a considerable time because it'll be high-quality work is reason as to why they wouldn't include all 6 games in 1 remake project, especially when you consider that Ascension has a somewhat unique feel and look to it compared to the rest of the series.
And then of course there's Sons of Sparta, the prequel of prequels. This remake is probably years out, depending on how much is going into it. But not really enough info to go on right now.
