If Cyber Sleuth could run, I imagine they'd just downgrade Time Stranger until it's at that same level. 

Well I think they're very different games on different engines. Cyber Sleuth was originally a Vita game, it's minimum requirement on PC is a GPU from 2008 lol. Time Stranger is a lot more demanding and struggles on Steam Deck but it seems they think they can get the job done.
