According to NateTheHate, there will be a Nintendo Direct the first week of February.

He expects it to be February 5th, but didn't confirm that with his best sources.

Speaking of Nintendo Directs… Nintendo is not holding back any punches! Dang. Nate is very reputable, for those unaware. They’ve hit the ground running this year. If there is a true “mainline” Nintendo Direct planned for the first week of February, with all the recent reveals, I have a strong level of confidence that this direct could hold some really heavy-hitting reveals.
(Granted, seeing how they released MKWorld and DKBananza within the two month launch window of NS2, I would’ve also expected they had a massive release planned for holiday… Nintendo is very unpredictable at time.)
