He has symptoms of Fronto Temporal Dementia, however it takes too long to kill you for a diagnosis to be considered a terminal illness. The next stage will be where he can't really use language nearly as well as he came now.   However he will probably be voted out long b4 this happens, after the midterm elections when docrats regain their seats again.

Yeah I think so too, he has onset dementia but it may be early. The slurping of salvia when he speaks at times is a dead give away, the inability to walk in a straight line another. He's clearly getting repeated IV infusions for something as well as the marks on his hands trying to be hidden by bad make up jobs (kinda weird they can't get a better make up person for that). Rubio trying to prompt Trump to talk to Chevron in a meeting last week and Trump just reading the note out loud to everyone, another sign that the lights may be on upstairs but no one is home.

The WWE outrageous kind of charicature he's created for himself as a politican kind of helps mask signs of dementia because you can always just shrug off any one comment as well him joking or not being serious, but the evidence seems to be piling up.

That said, it may well be early onset and not as advanced yet as people are hyping up, but generally once something like that starts ... it's not going to get better.

The thing is, Trump has never been all there. He's always been grandiose and sociopathic, not to mention being a lifelong narcissist, and I wouldn't be surprised if there was some schizophrenia there. He's pretty much a walking DSM-V. A 40-year-old Trump would be just as deranged as an 80-year-old Trump, only more dangerous because the American people would be stuck with him for decades.
