While I like the Switch Pro controllers. They're just too prone to drift For them to be in my top 3.
1. The Wii U gamepad. While it wasn't the best when used as a standard controller for standard games. Any time a game was made that really took advantage of its features. It was just amazing that nothings really come close to it since. I was playing ZombiU recently and it still holds up really well. And a lot of that is because of the use of the gamepad.
2. The gamecube controller. Almost every game has a primary button that is used more then any other button. And having a contoller layout that embraces that is such a great way to play a lot of the time.
3. The snes controller. This to me is the best feeling controller when playing 2D games. It obviously isn't going to be much use playing 3D games but for 2D it's amazing.
