That would be a waste of a talented developer. Anyone could make an upgrade of an old game.
Also, I think 4k/120fps for Dread is not reasonable on Switch 2. Switch 1 version is 900p/60fps with some elements running at 30fps (elevator sparks, some lava animations...). Seeing how other Switch 2 editions or Switch 2 upgrades run, it would be either 1080/1440p and 120fps or just straight 4K/60fps.
